COMPARISON - DYNAMO / BATTERY
The additional weight of a high-quality hub dynamo is often lower than the weight of even a light battery. Since the dynamo hub replaces the normal hub, the weight of the latter has to be subtracted, of course. In the example, a dynamohub replaces the best hub of the Shimano Dura Ace group.

additional weight only: 240 g
(370 g minus 130 g Dura Ace)
burn time: endless

weight 35 Wh battery: 280 g
burn time: 3,5 h
