1) Maximum brightness at low speeds
The E3 was developed to reach its near-maximum brightness even at very low speeds. The stand light capacitor supports the LED when you are riding slowly.
2) Strong stand light
The stand light of the E3 shines for more than 5 minutes with the Supernova dynamo tail light. The power comes from a high-quality doublelayer Supercap capacitor that doesn’t have any memory effect.
5) Colour-selected LEDs
Our LEDs have a colour temperature of 6500 Kelvin, to which the eye is most sensitive and which gives you the best results when it’s wet - this increases your security.
6) Upgradeable LED emitter
While other lights may become obsolete only a year after you’ve bought them, any E3 can be updated by the Supernova service department, giving you an up-to-date light at any time.
3) Protected electronics
The electronics of the E3 are covered in weather-resistant silicone resin. This protective layer is resistant to extreme temperatures and will stay flexible for years. The full aluminium housing helps to shield the electronics from external interferences.
4) Environmentally friendly cables
The insulation of our two-core cables is PVC-free.
7) Exchangeable lens
The high quality lens made from scratch-resistant PMMA can be exchanged by Supernova to give you a completely different illumination pattern if necessary.
8) UV & heat resistant o-rings
All rubber o-rings in an E3 are made from material resistant to UV radiation, heat and extreme cold.
