- Include a duplicate of the description of the problem in the parcel.
- Include a copy of the invoice if possible.
- Use adequate postage and insurance – we will not accept freight collected parcels.
- When shipping your light from outside the EU, please make it clear to customs that it is a repair shipment.
- Don’t forget your contact information and return address.
