WARRANTY GUIDE

  1. Contact SUPERNOVA first.
  2. Send us a detailed description of the problem before sending back the light.
  3. Include a duplicate of the description of the problem in the parcel.
  4. Include a copy of the invoice if possible.
  5. Use adequate postage and insurance – we will not accept freight collected parcels.
  6. When shipping your light from outside the EU, please make it clear to customs that it is a repair shipment.
  7. Don’t forget your contact information and return address.
